After meeting with several local contractors, Roo and Poppy decided to
sign a contract with Dwight Killmon from West Georgia Design Build(678) 386-9893. Here is the grand design for the new kitchen. It
includes an addition where the current back deck stands. Also, the
current wall between the kitchen and living room will no longer exist.
It's going to be one huge room! Plenty of space for all of us!Dwight offered to make a temporary kitchen downstairs for the
renovation project, and Roo and Poppy decided that it would be better
suited as a permanent kitchen. It will be in a great location for the
pool and it will make the downstairs almost like an apartment. (They
just need a full bath, and we'll be able to move back in! Just
kidding!)
